The Stationery World is the best world.
We’ve been super busy getting all the orders we received at the last National Stationery Show made and shipped. I think we only have a couple left, phew!
Starting this new line is just like starting a new company it turns out. I think i was expecting it to blend seamlessly with our current line of jewelry, but… it doesn’t!
I think I’ve become comfy with Figs over the past 4 years. It’s kind of a like clockwork, well, maybe not as smooth. But I know what to expect, what to order, how long things will take to finish, etc. Wedding goods are much bigger than jewelry, and the storage issues are becoming, well… an issue.
It’s time we bring The Wolf back, i think. Our living room, shed, and laundry rooms are now just studio space. We have our bedroom, and most of Elijah’s music room reserved for non-business life. Once we get The Wolf back, I think we may be able to reclaim the living room just a bit, maybe enough to sit in? If you don’t remember The Wolf, here she is a couple Autumns ago:
We want to give her a make-over though. If anyone has any color suggestions, we’d love to hear them!
